Marked and Sent, LLC is a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Texas. We design and distribute Scripture-rooted Christian apparel through a church-based Mission Outpost program and our online storefront at markedandsent.com.

Information You Provide Directly

• Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you place an order, complete a contact or partner inquiry form, or sign up for communications.
• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.

8. Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)

Marked and Sent, LLC is a Texas-based business. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024, applies to businesses that conduct business in Texas or produce products or services consumed by Texas residents. As a small business as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, Marked and Sent is generally exempt from certain TDPSA obligations. However, we are committed to transparency and to honoring the privacy rights of our customers and website visitors, including Texas residents.

To the extent the TDPSA applies to our operations, Texas residents have the following rights with respect to their personal data:

• Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and request a copy of that data.
• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format.
• Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us at the email above. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

We do not process sensitive personal data as defined under the TDPSA without first obtaining your consent.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@markedandsent.net and we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites, including our Shopify storefront at markedandsent.com. This policy applies only to markedandsent.net. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
